WM Rogers Large Sugar or Serving Spoon Squarish Bowl ES7  The hallmark on this piece reads [Eagle] WM ROGERS [Star], which confirms it is a vintage silver-plated piece manufactured under the International Silver Company.   This is heavily plated base metal rather than solid sterling silver. The Eagle and Star symbol combination was a premium trademark used to indicate higher-quality, durable silver-plating. While the mark originated in the mid-19th century, it was integrated into the International Silver Company conglomerate in 1898. International Silver continued using this exact stamp on flatware lines up until 1976. Given the mid-century modern aesthetic of the handle from the previous image, this piece is from their mid-20th-century production era (most likely the late 1950s or 1960s). Approximately 9.
