I used this at my previous rental property, but I am selling it because it is no longer needed due to moving.
It was installed for about 3 years, but it was not in a location exposed to rainwater, so it is in good condition. Please check the photos.
There are some minor scratches from installation, but there are no issues with use.
It will be shipped disassembled.
