Vintage Fenton pink opalescent hobnail ruffled bowl. Hand-crimped ruffle rim, opalescent white glow that turns peach in the light. Frank Leslie Fenton founded Fenton Art Glass in Williamstown WV in 1905, and hobnail became their signature pattern from the 1940s onward. Opalescent hobnail is the collector favorite: heat-struck along the raised hobs so the rim glows milky-white against the pink body. This one is the classic ruffled fruit bowl form.
