Vintage Ranger Joe Round Up Bowl and Mug Set Hazel Atlas Milk Glass 1950's Rare

What a great vintage RANGER JOE Round-Up Cereal Bowl & Ranch Mug by Hazel Atlas. They are made of white milk glass with fired on red printed, Ranger Joe Round-Up Bowl, “Wheat Honnies & Rice Honnies”, and Ranger Joe Ranch Mug. Ranger Joe was not only an early cowboy show on TV from Philadelphia PA, but it was also one, if not the first, sweetened kid's breakfast cereals from the late 1930’s. From what I can find, these great pieces were made for advertising premiums for the Ranger Joe Company. The items are in excellent condition with no visible wear, soiling, cracks, chips, fading, crazing or restoration. The bowl measures 5 in diameter and is 2 high. The mug measures approximately 2.75 in diameter and is 3 high. There is a set owned by the Smithsonian and were displayed at one time at the National Museum of American History. They are in really great condition. No chips in glass, they are bright white, with very little to no fading and with very few missing design elements. See Photos for condition.  Description: Introduced in 1939, Ranger Joe Honey Wheat Honnies was the first pre-sweetened breakfast cereal. It was bought out by Nabisco and renamed Wheat Honeys. In the early 1950's a television show was created to help market the cereal. Broadcast out of Philadelphia, it starred Jessie Rodgers, cousin of country-western music star Jimmie Rodgers.
