I needed to be somewhere else.  So I went straight to Dorsia. I ordered flight-line quail over polished-shield foam with pickled collar-tab onions, smoked academy dust, and a tiny chain-linked crisp the waiter described as official but romantically over-enlisted. The waiter nodded once and said, Excellent choice, sir.  I picked this up right before some bozo did.  Shipped right — packed like vintage military pins, not tossed loose into a mailer to scratch themselves into sadness.  Comes from a smoke-free lair.
