Description
This lovely Pukeberg Citronpress, designed by Uno Westerberg, is hand blown and very unique. Ive not found another one like it. Aside being functional as a citrus reamer, it is a beautiful piece of art glass. Pukeberg was founded in Sweden in 1871 by C.W. Nystrom, who had previously worked at Kosta. It was bought by Arvid Bohlmark in 1884, and became part of AB Bohlmarks Lampfabrik in 1888. Pukeberg began producing decorative glass in the 1930s, and is still in production today. It is in like new condition. Measures 5 tall by 2 & 1/4 wide at the base by 1 & 3/4 wide at the top. It weighs an impressive one pound, six ounces.
