1986 Historical Aircraft Limited Edition belt buckle produced by the Iron Horse Buckle Company for the Minter Field Air Museum. This is the second buckle in the Historical Aircraft series and is individually numbered #963 of only 3,500 produced. The buckle features detailed artwork of the UC-78/C-78 Bobcat training aircraft, Minter Field Air Museum, Army Air Forces insignia, WWII-era pilots, and Minter Field in Shafter, California. These buckles were created to help support the preservation and restoration of historic military aircraft and aviation history. Condition: Excellent vintage condition with crisp raised detail and a beautiful pewter finish. Normal light handling wear from age. The hook and swivel function properly.
