◆ Reduces contrast and creates a pale color tone

Light diffusion reduces contrast between highlights and shadows, resulting in a soft, pale color tone.

White Mist is a complementary filter to Black Mist. While Black Mist uses black diffusing material, White Mist uses white diffusing material. It has a stronger contrast-reducing effect than Black Mist, suppressing saturation and creating a pale tone.

In scenes with front lighting or no strong light sources, the reduction in contrast is moderate, making it suitable for dark and moist expressions.
