Description
Vintage 70s or 80s hand-made Halloween costume. Black and white penguin with a cotton body and mittens and a felt head. Features long sleeves and a Talon zipper. The cotton has all been laundered and is in excellent, clean condition. The face of the penguin head has a faint bit of staining. I did not try to clean, but it could be hand washed.
