Girls Gold Embroidered Fairy Princess Skirt & Scarf Set Costume Dance Tea Party

Little Girls Skirt & Scarf Set Shimmering Fairy Princess Gold Two quality pieces include skirt and scarf with gold floral embroidery. The skirt has elastic at waist which stretches from 8” to 11” for an adjustable fit. Skirt is fully lined for comfort. The buttery silky gold color of the fabric shimmers in the light and the embroidery is not too heavy for a child this age. This had a top, but I can’t find it.
