The wide collar flares out into a magnificent six-point crimped and ruffled edge, reminiscent of Fenton's iconic Rose Crest styling. Manufactured in the United States around the mid-20th century (circa 1950s-1960s), the unmarked base features a smooth polished pontil scar inside a ribbed wheel formation.
