Vintage Miniature Chines Hand- Woven Bamboo Encased Porcelain Vase Mid Cen

This is a vintage Chinese vase featuring a white porcelain interior encased in fine, hand-woven bamboo or rattan. It features a decorative weave pattern with alternating natural and black strips. These vases are often listed as collectibles from the mid-20th century. It has an original sticker that says Made in The Republic of China, which showcases its age. The dimensions (4.25 inches tall by 2.5 inches wide) confirm that this piece is a miniature or small bud-sized version of a classic mid-century Chinese bamboo-encased porcelain vase. Vases of this specific style and smaller stature were primarily produced in China between the 1950s and 1970s as decorative export ware. Because of its compact size, it is ideally suited for holding a single delicate stem or serving purely as a standalone shelf accent. Can hold small stem flowers or a bud. Wicker is protected by the porcelain vase inside. Bundle with other items from my closet.
