A masterpiece of Indian cinema, Om Shanti Om, which was a huge hit in India in 2007 and has since been screened worldwide, loved by many movie fans. The Takarazuka Revue takes on the stage adaptation of this film, which represents the pinnacle of Bollywood, featuring Bollywood's top dance director Farah Khan, King of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan, and Deepika Padukone, who became a Bollywood diva after appearing in this film. The story is set in the Indian film industry of the 1970s and the present day. Ohm, a supporting actor, falls in love with the popular actress Shanti. However, she is secretly married to and pregnant by the influential producer Mukesh. Mukesh, who begins to resent her presence, plans to murder Shanti in a staged accident. Ohm, rushing to the scene, tries desperately to save her but gets caught up in the accident and loses his life. Thirty years later. A boy, born on the day of the accident and coincidentally named Ohm, has become a star actor and reigns supreme in the film industry. This is a supremely happy and dramatic story that depicts the unchanging form of love across time through bright, fun songs and dances, delivered by the Star Troupe's new top pair, Yuzuru Kurenai and Airi Kisaki.
