GUC Vintage woven 1980s blue plaid eyelash fringe sash belt scarf from my family's personal collection. The Bohemian medium weight woven fabric feels like a polyester and cotton blend. The plaid print is white, turquoise blue, and tan. It is a wide width and would be worn folded over around the waist or draped over the neck.
