This is a genuine pre-production factory prototype of the LEGO Advanced Backpack, manufactured in late 2025 and slated for a future 2027 retail release. This item was produced by Grown Up Group, the official global master licensee for LEGO bags and luggage, and was used internally for design evaluation. It features official internal archive markings and handwritten corrections from the product design team. Notes: The back of the hangtag features ink notes from the design team stating: lining should be in orange with brick. The Design Variant: Because this is a mid-development sample, the interior lining of this bag is solid grey. It does not feature the orange brick lining that was requested for the final retail production run. Internal Labels: Features a factory-sewn interior tag reading: SAMPLE / SAMPLES OF NO COMMERCIAL VALUE / NOT FOR RE-SALE.
