Vintage ceramic taper candle holders sold as a matching pair. Marked JAPAN on the base, dating to the mid-century era (circa 1950s–1960s). Features an off-white crackle glaze with sculpted leaf details and raised red floral accents. These are designed to hold standard taper candles directly in the ceramic cup. No inserts are required and none are missing. This is the original intended design. Beautiful cottagecore, shabby chic, or mid century decor pieces that display well on a mantel, shelf, or table setting. Condition: Good vintage condition with age-appropriate crazing throughout the glaze. Minor wear and discoloration on the bases consistent with age.
