Rare NIKKAN TR-134 Trumpet

This is a listing for a Nikkan (ニッカン) TR-134 trumpet, the predecessor to YAMAHA. It is old but I believe it is in beautiful condition.

◆This model was the last designed by Nikkan before it was absorbed by YAMAHA around 1970.
◆Its style, reminiscent of the CONN 22B (New York Symphony), exudes a sophisticated atmosphere with its silver and gold combination two-tone finish.
◆Although manufactured over half a century ago, this model remains stylish and is a highly popular vintage instrument.
◆The body features an MS bore and is made of yellow brass with a nickel-plated finish.
◆It utilizes an MS (medium-small) bore, which is extremely difficult to find in modern piston valve trumpets and is not available in current YAMAHA models. This feature has earned it a dedicated fanbase.
◆The MS bore (medium-small bore) is characterized by its ease of playability with less air, producing a clear and resonant sound.
◆Its design allows for easy airflow and sound production, making it recommended for beginners as well.

◎It produces a bright, clear, and resonant tone.
We have confirmed that it has good airflow and can be played smoothly from the low to high registers. We have confirmed sound production from F# below middle C up to C two octaves above middle C. Tuning is possible with the main tuning slide. All slides are removable.

[Product Condition]
As this is a NIKKAN trumpet, it is quite old. However, I believe it is in good condition, showing little sign of its age. There are no particularly noticeable scratches or stains, and no dents. Considering its manufacturing year, it is in relatively good condition. It is a well-crafted product.
