This is a Herm Sprenger snaffle bit.
It is an eggbutt type, single-jointed bit made of Aurigan. Comes with a dedicated drawstring pouch.
Size
Length: 125mm
Mouthpiece thickness: 20mm
Ring inner diameter: 65mm
Purchased at a riding club, but I haven't had the opportunity to use it.
It's beautiful enough to just look at, so I had it displayed on a bookshelf.
