Antique Knights Templar sword hanger chain measuring approximately 20 inches in length and weighing 4.9 ounces (139 grams). Ornate double-row construction with embossed barrel-form links displaying repeating chivalric and military-style motifs throughout. Fitted with original spring clip and secondary attachment hook. Acquired from a long-established collection of fraternal and secret society regalia where it was identified as a Knights Templar sword hanger. No maker's marks were found. Displays age-related patina and wear consistent with use and age. A substantial and visually impressive example of late Victorian to early 20th century Knights Templar regalia.
