This is a lacquered BESSON 612.

This is a trumpet from Besson, a prestigious British brand. They are a well-known manufacturer of euphoniums and cornets.
This is a model from the 600 series, which was once sold relatively affordably as a student model. As a euphonium player myself, I used this as a secondary instrument.

Compared to YAMAHA, this instrument is generally built with thicker metal, producing a rich, full sound. Due to its thickness, it requires a certain level of efficiency to play, so it is recommended for those who are switching from other instruments or those who already have some experience playing in school bands.

Maintenance has been performed for this listing, and it is ready to play immediately upon arrival. The pistons, slide trigger, and tuning slides all move smoothly. There is no seizing whatsoever.

There are some scratches from use and some rust, but no dents. The instrument is in good condition with no issues.
The tone is good and I believe it can be used for all genres, including concert bands and jazz.
