The tag places it after the company changed from Jerry Elsner to Jerry Pedigree, dating it to approximately the late 1960s to early 1970s. Fun and charming Japanese-made import with the exaggerated cartoon features collectors love. I especially like that he has his original little black jacket and red bow tie, they don’t always survive. * Original Jerry Pedigree tag * Made in Japan * Bright blue eyes and whiskers intact * Some wear spots on the velvet head * A seam repair on the back/bottom * General vintage wear consistent with age Meaurements Height: 6 inches * I have an earlier Jerry Elsner Chipmunk available.
