1997 March of Dimes WalkAmerica Barbie Doll Special Edition Mattel #18506 This is a special edition collectible from Mattel. It was released in support of the March of Dimes organization's fundraising campaign. The doll was a K-mart special edition item. The purchase of the doll benefited the charity. Dolls have never been taken out of the boxes, boxes may have shelf wear or other box issues which will be seen in the photos. Dolls have been in storage for a long time. Some accessories are loose in boxes. Several boxes have taped corners and storage damage, it is possible some dust got inside the box but it if is a lot I will state that here. Almost ALL the dolls I am selling are VINTAGE items. Scratches, flaws, rubs, etc are to be expected. Anything more than that will be noted in the description or seen in the photos.
