Athearn Ho Scale Lot Of 7 Freight Cars Mixed Roads Box Reefer Tank Caboose

This is a mixed lot of seven Athearn HO scale freight cars intended for model railroad layouts, parts use, or restoration projects. The group includes a variety of freight types such as boxcars, refrigerator cars, a tank car, and cabooses, representing multiple railroads and service roles. Condition varies across the lot, with visible cosmetic wear including surface marks, handling wear, and finish variation. Some cars appear complete while others show loose or separated shells and components, and no operational testing has been performed on any item. All cars are HO scale and compatible with standard HO gauge track systems. The assortment provides a broad mix of freight styles suitable for operators seeking variety, kitbashers, or hobbyists looking for donor cars and spare parts. The lot includes multiple railroad road names and car styles commonly used in mid-century freight operations, making it useful for scenery placement, yard fill, or rebuilding into customized rolling stock. Athearn has long been a staple brand in HO scale model railroading, known for durable tooling and widely available freight car designs. Mixed lots like this are often favored by hobbyists for value and flexibility rather than individual collectability. Please review photos.
