Lela Rose for Payless peep-toe flats. These feature a beautiful blue and white textured woven tweed body, classic brown faux-leather trim, and a sweet bow detail at the toe.  Condition: Listed as Good due to cosmetic insole peeling (see details below). The shoes have never been worn out and the outer soles are completely pristine with zero wear!  Flaw Note: There is some surface peeling on the cream-colored insole lining where the original retail size stickers were removed (shown in close-up photo). This is strictly cosmetic, does not affect the structure or comfort of the shoe, and is completely hidden when worn.
