LEKI Trekking Poles - T-Grip Cork Handle with Anti-Shock Mechanism

Purchased at Shinjuku Ishii Sports several years ago and used a few times for hikes such as Tanzawa and Okutakao traverse.
While there are minor scratches on the shafts and signs of use, there are no major stains or damage that would impede use, and nothing that would be bothersome during use. The baskets and straps have just been replaced, and they are still in a condition that allows for long-term use.

LEKI Micro Antishock SL Trekking Poles
- Length: 59cm when stored ~ 111cm when extended
- Weight: 265.1g (actual measurement)
- Features anti-shock function. Made of ultra-hard, lightweight aluminum, 3-section screw lock type.
- Rubber caps for the tips are included.

These poles are envisioned for users who prefer single-pole trekking and frequently hike in areas from satoyama up to around 1500m. The straps have been replaced to ensure a secure grip even with work gloves or winter gloves on. The baskets are Montbell brand (chosen for their affordability and ease of replacement as they are consumables) attached via rubber washers. (Please check the photos for their condition.) Please consider purchasing with the understanding that this is a used item.

These are classic T-shaped trekking poles. As expected from LEKI, a specialist in poles, they offer a comfortable grip that fits well in the hand, and a reassuring lightness and balance when swung.
The built-in anti-shock mechanism reduces impact on your hands, and the handle is made of coated cork, which is gentle and conforms to your hand. They are also suitable for walking and everyday strolls.
