I intended to have it tailored someday,
and would occasionally admire it.
It's becoming part of my collection, so I'm offering it to someone who will appreciate it.
Among the Gekka Bijin designs,
personally, I've always felt that no more beautiful pattern has been released since this one.
If the pattern is too small, it doesn't show well,
and if it's too large, it becomes difficult to wear as anything other than a yukata.
However, this pattern
is versatile enough to be used as a yukata, a summer kimono,
or even as a casual patterned kimono (komon) for unlined wear.

The material is easy to handle,
making it suitable for practices like ikebana, tea ceremony, or dance.

Since it's an unsewn fabric roll,

Tsuya Alpha is a
high-grade synthetic fabric.
Although it's 100% polyester,
it's different from ordinary polyester.

(Toray's Tsuya Alpha can be machine washed in a laundry net,
and it doesn't wrinkle, so ironing is unnecessary.)

Tsuya Alpha can be worn as a kimono during the sheer fabric season.
