DAIKIN Streamer Air Purifier MC55X-W

Daikin Streamer Air Purifier, 25 Tatami Mats, White MC55X-W

[Important]
The interior and filters have been lightly cleaned.
This cleaning is limited to the parts that could be disassembled by the seller.

The dust collection filter's performance has degraded since initial use, resulting in reduced airflow from the outlet.
Performance can be restored by purchasing a separate filter, part number: KAFP097A4.

- Daikin's Double System
Features a double system combining streamer technology that decomposes pollutants and active plasma ions that are released.
25,000 active plasma ions per cm³ are released, drawn in by a three-way suction system, captured by the filter, and decomposed by the streamer, which generates heat equivalent to 100,000°C.

- [Suction] Powerful Three-Way Suction
Quickly and powerfully sucks in unpleasant odors.

- [Dust Collection] TAFU Filter
Removes 99.97% of fine particles down to 0.3μm*.
* Filter removal performance. This does not represent the removal performance throughout the entire room.
[Space-Saving] Compact Model with Reduced Height
A compact body with a height of only 50cm.
With a width of just 27cm, it offers greater layout flexibility.
[Dust Collection and Deodorization] Comprehensive Dust Collection and Deodorization Functions
■ Equipped with TAFU Filter
Uses a filter made of a material with high water and oil repellency. This prevents dirt from spreading easily and maintains its electrostatic properties.
Removes 99.97% of fine particles down to 0.3μm*¹.
*¹ Filter removal performance. This does not represent the removal performance throughout the entire room.

■ Sterilizes Collected Dust
The streamer sterilizes bacteria collected on the dust collection filter.
* Results after 5 hours in a sealed test space of approximately 25m² (approx. 6 tatami mats). These are results from a test space and not from actual usage conditions.

■ Long-Lasting Deodorizing Performance
Odors are adsorbed by the filter and decomposed by the streamer.
Furthermore, the adsorption capacity is regenerated, ensuring long-lasting deodorizing performance.
Titanium Apatite Filter (sold separately) for Enhanced Virus and Bacteria Suppression
Utilizes the properties of titanium apatite, which has excellent ability to adsorb organic substances like proteins, to capture and suppress bacteria and viruses on the filter.
* Cannot be used in combination with the bio-antibody filter.
Quiet Operation Thanks to the Air Outlet Design
The wide air outlet and the placement of the fan below the filter contribute to sound insulation, ensuring quiet operation that is considerate of human perception.
