Step Down Ring 55mm-42mm Camera Accessory
10.00 $
Description
This is a step-down ring from 55mm to 42mm.
I bought this when I was struggling to connect my camera to my telescope.
Now that I've given up on connecting them, I've decided to sell it.
It is sold for over 500 yen on Amazon and other sites.
Product description from the manufacturer:
This is a step-down ring where the filter diameter on the camera side is 55mm male, and the size on the filter side is 42mm female.
Therefore, if your camera (lens) has a 55mm female thread and the filter you plan to use has a 42mm male thread, you can connect them using this step-down ring.
[Caution] Please note that vignetting may occur depending on the lens when using a step-down ring with a lens.
[Caution] The thread pitch of the 42mm diameter part is 0.75, which is different from the 1.0mm thread pitch used for M42 mounts. Please be aware of this.
- Size: 55mm to 42mm
- Type: Step-down ring
