【Excellent Condition】Selected Item Yamaha Tenor Trombone YSL-891Z

Introducing the YSL-891Z, the first custom grade in Yamaha's Z series.

This model was developed in collaboration with Wycliffe Gordon and Andy Martin.

◆ Two types of leadpipes (NY/LA): Includes leadpipes supervised by Wycliffe Gordon (NY - long) and Andy Martin (LA - short), allowing you to change the playing feel and sound projection.

◆ Features a one-piece yellow brass bell, providing quick response and a bright yet deep tone. The bell, crafted with a butt-weld where the base material is directly joined, is longer than conventional models. The taper, continuing from the main tuning slide, has been re-evaluated to achieve optimal balance in playing feel and tone.

◆ The balancer, designed with the motif of the letter Z, can be attached or detached according to preference.
◆ The two-piece slide stop band provides a slight resistance, enhancing playing freedom compared to previous models.

As stated in the title, this is in superb condition.
While I'd like to say it's almost new, there is a faint scuff mark on the bell (see 5th photo).
Even with that, I believe it is in excellent condition. In fact, everything else is practically new.
This is a selected instrument by Tomoki Mitsuzuka, so you can purchase with confidence even if you cannot try it out.
