The world must have been eagerly awaiting the return of this snow saw. A snow saw is essential for snow life, whether digging snow caves, building windbreak walls around a tent, or other snow activities.
The Mochizuki Snow Saw, synonymous with Japanese-made snow saws, is finally back after a 7-year hiatus!
Daisuke Sasaki, an international mountain guide and a fan for over 20 years, supervised the復刻版 (fukkokuban - reprinted edition).
It is 5cm shorter than the original Mochizuki Snow Saw, with a total length of 47cm.
It is designed to be easy to handle even inside a snow cave and to fit into the back of a backpack.
