Eisenhower and First Lady Mamie Eisenhower.  This unique cookbook was created as a fundraising project for the Eisenhower Medical Center and includes recipes from numerous well-known Americans, including:  * Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis * Barbara Walters * Bob Hope * Arnold Palmer * Norman Rockwell * Jack Nicklaus * Barry Goldwater * Lady Bird Johnson * Dinah Shore * Omar Bradley * And many other notable contributors  Inside you’ll find over 400 recipes covering appetizers, soups, meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables, breads, desserts, cakes, cookies, candies, preserves, sauces, salads, and more.  Condition  The hardcover book itself is in very good vintage condition with clean pages, a tight binding, and very little wear.  The original dust jacket is included but has significant edge wear, tears, and missing pieces, as shown in the photos. The dust jacket has done its job protecting the book over the years, and the interior remains exceptionally nice.  Please review all photos carefully as they are part of the description.
