❗️Regarding Refunds❗️
☆ Occasionally, due to forgetting to delete standard text, there may be descriptions guaranteeing products listed as junk or defective. Please understand that this is a mistake.
☆ Regarding slightly poor button responsiveness, this can be a matter of individual perception, so we cannot offer refunds. (All products are tested for button response using infrared, and items with significantly poor responsiveness are discarded.)
☆ We do not accept returns for model number discrepancies with the main unit product, as this is considered a customer convenience issue.
☆ Unfortunately, there have been many false claims regarding returns. If a returned product has no issues whatsoever, or if the reported defect is false, we will report it as a nuisance act, so please refrain from doing so.
☆ If there are no photos of the cover, it will be shipped without the cover.
☆ Countermeasures against product swapping are in place. The condition of each item is recorded.
