Vintage Henn Workshops Blue Spongeware Oval Casserole Baking Dish Signed SB

Bring authentic country farmhouse charm to your table with this beautiful vintage blue spongeware oval baking dish. Handcrafted in Roseville, Ohio by The Workshops of Gerald E. Henn during the 1990s, this heavy stoneware piece is a wonderful example of traditional American folk pottery. It features a rich, deep cobalt blue spattered sponge pattern over a warm cream stoneware base. The underside is clearly impressed with the official Henn circular rampant lion workshop stamp and features the hand painted blue initials SB from the artisan who decorated it.
