Overall, I believe it is in relatively good condition. There are minor scratches and scuffs in places, but they did not interfere with playing.

It is easy to play from low to high registers, but it is particularly easy to play in the high register, and I believe it can produce a rich sound with a relatively small amount of air.

*The rim is made of white acetal resin [which I believe is no longer manufactured].
White acetal resin has excellent strength, wear resistance, and fatigue resistance, and is also used as a substitute for metal.
The advantage is that it has a soft feel on the lips due to minimal temperature changes during playing (contributing to less fatigue and durability during long performances). It also eliminates concerns about metal allergies and gives a softer sound.

I believe this is a rare mouthpiece that is not often seen.
