Upcycled, using a man's plaid shirt. I added the cute lil octopus with wonder under & top stitched with embroidery thread. I sewed some vintage lace to the collar. There is elastic enclosed in the blue strip at the waist to give it some shape. Measurements: shoulder-16, bust-48, bottom-48, shoulder to hem-29. My dress form is a sz 8. One of a kind
