CASSIN DIAMOND Ice and Snow Route Ice Axe
79.20 $
Description
A pro ice axe from CASSIN of Italy, designed for mountaineers and featuring a maniacal European Alps style, perfect for ice climbing.
Drive it into ice walls, carve steps, and quickly ascend alpine routes and glacial chutes. It's versatile enough for everything from steep ice faces to the gentle snow slopes of Mont Blanc.
Of course, it handles general mountaineering with ease.
The blade and pick have been sharpened for ice; if you're only using it on snow, you might want to slightly dull them for safety.
The center of gravity is 23cm from the top, offering an easy-to-swing balance.
