I'm embarrassed to say I've forgotten the exact measurements, and I don't have calipers nearby, so I've indicated the sizes as large, medium, and small.
I'm not confident in accurately distinguishing between the F♯ ring key (left index finger) and other pads among the 10 upper joint pads, so they are listed as a combined number. Please understand.
