Gorgeous vintage Adolfo II New York Paris wide-brimmed straw sun hat in a natural honey-tan hue. Features a classic rounded crown, sweeping wide brim, and a cream-colored satin grosgrain ribbon trim with delicate faux Lily-of-the-Valley floral clusters. Originally retailed at the high-end Ila Lowe boutique in Little Rock, Arkansas. Perfect for a garden party, tea party, or the Kentucky Derby! MEASUREMENTS: • Inner circumference: 21.5 inches CONDITION: • Meticulously preserved: I purchased this hat 20 years ago and it has been carefully stored stuffed (to keep its shape) and kept strictly away from smoke, pets, light, and moisture. Because of this, the straw and shape look exactly the same as they did 20 years ago! • Straw weave is structurally excellent, strong, and completely intact with no cracking or warping. • Clean interior sweatband and secure designer labels. • NOTE: There is noticeable light browning/water-spotting and faint age-related discoloration on portions of the cream grosgrain ribbon trim (primarily near the base of the crown).
