Pair of vintage Japanese porcelain vases featuring a rich cobalt blue glaze with detailed bird and peony floral decoration. Each vase measures approximately 9.75 inches tall. Marked Made in Japan, dating to the midlate 20th century. Hand-applied enamel and gilt accents. Both vases are in very good vintage condition with light shelf wear to the bases and minor age-appropriate wear. No cracks or repairs. A small glaze nick to one rim is noted (see photos). Beautiful decorative pair, perfect for display.
