The Bamboo Ligature is a hand-woven ligature made from 100% synthetic fibers, designed to allow players to adjust the strength of their reed grip in a way that is easy to handle.
Compared to regular string ligatures, it provides a well-balanced tone that is slightly tightened, with a light sound and moderate resistance.
It also offers excellent features such as comfortable staccato playing and sufficient projection.
The woven threads allow the reed to vibrate differently than metal or leather ligatures. For example, the clarinet ligature calms the sound, giving it definition while maintaining a warm tone.
