Description
Bunny has been destuffed, cleaned, restuffed by me. Voice box removed and ears fixed with new material sown on. Vintage Rushton-style rubber face plush bunny features a unique pouting or sad expression with classic mid-century kitsch appeal. This charming collectible is dressed in a teal and white plush suit with satin-lined ears and a fuzzy hood. The hand-painted rubber face includes detailed eyelashes, rosy cheeks, and a small floral detail on the yellow hair tuft. A metal grommet on the back suggests it may have originally been a musical or pull-string toy. Perfect for collectors of creepy-cute vintage Easter decor or mid-century rubber face dolls.
