Gossen Sixtar Light Meter, CdS Type, German-made, for Antique Leica and more.

This is a Gossen Sixtar light meter made in Germany. I recall it being one of the accessories that came with my Rolleiflex when I owned one.

This is a vintage item that comes with its original leather case.

It is a CdS type (battery-powered) light meter, estimated to be from the mid to late 1960s.

With its classic design, it's an attractive piece for collectors or display purposes.

[Condition]
- The main body has scuffs and minor scratches (consistent with vintage items). The battery cover is slightly loose. It might be easier to use if you apply a small amount of rosin-like anti-slip agent.
- Dials operate smoothly.
- The battery compartment is in relatively good condition (no significant corrosion).
- Operation has not been tested, so it is being sold as-is.

[Regarding Batteries]
This meter uses Mallory PX13 (mercury battery) specifications.
As these are no longer in production, please use alternative batteries.
