Sleeveless button-front 100% cotton dress with matching bloomer. Small embroidered flowers across the chest. Soft, lightweight fabric for everyday comfort. Such an adorable and clean dress for being almost 30 years old! Waist in bloomers is not rotted or cracked but elastic only has a bit of stretch. Legs are good. Can easily rethread a new elastic if needed to tighten or use another type of fastener since it is hidden under the dress on the waist of the bloomer only. It is not damaged, just not very stretchy, and you may want it tighter. Smoke free home.
