Shirt features 100% cotton material, a two button navy collar front, navy and white wide stripes, long sleeves, banded cuffs and a gray embroidered moose on left chest. Light discoloration mid back and above back hem, small stain underside left arm near cuff, light discoloration under right sleeve near elbow and cuff, 2 small light spots mid front and upper front below buttons, and 1 very pale mark on left shoulder (see pics).
