Description
Yokohama DeNA BayStars: The Resolve to Win - 79 Days to Japan Championship / Blu-ray
[Synopsis]
Autumn 2024.
The Yokohama DeNA BayStars achieve the greatest upset in history.
How were they able to win the crucial game against the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks, the undisputed champions?
Shogo Maki, in his first year as captain, navigates through trial and error.
Led by Yoshitomo Tsutsugo, who returned to the BayStars with the dream of winning the championship, players who experienced the 2017 Japan Series, such as Toshiro Miyazaki, Yasutaka Tobashira, and Masashi Kuwahara, support the new captain and strengthen the team's bond.
This film follows the 79 days as the team, under the slogan The Resolve to Win, evolves and unites to capture their first Japan Championship in 26 years.
This is the 9th installment in the team's documentary series, and the first in three years since the 2021 season.
I have only watched it once, so I believe it is in good condition.
