Brand new!  Circle Border Punch - Antique Elegance Create perfect circular border  Create perfect, continuous circular borders with the Circle Border Punch. This easy to use system works on both 4 and 6 circles - perfect for cards and scrapbooks.  Instructions: 1. Using the enclosed template, cut out a 4 or 6 circle. 2. Insert the cut circle into the slot and press the lever. 3. ● 6 circle: Rotate the circle to the LEFT until the punched design aligns with the silhouette printed on the base of the punch and press the lever. ● 4 circle: Rotate the circle to the RIGHT until the punched design aligns with the silhouette printed on the base of the punch and press the lever. 4. ● 6 circle: Repeat step three 7 more times for a complete circle (8 total punches). ● 4 circle: Repeat step three 4 more times for a complete circle (5 total punches).  Tips & Tricks: If your paper gets caught in your punch, tap the punch lightly on your work surface to release the paper. Punching a few times through waxed paper treats the metal so it cuts smoothly and reduces sticking. If your punch seems dull, try punching through a piece of aluminum foil or a piece of very fine sandpaper To ensure a perfect border, make sure to hold the paper firmly against the back wall of the punch.
