Vintage Wood Pepper Mill Salt Shaker Set Crank Mid Century Farmhouse Kitchen

Before electric everything, there was the side crank — and honestly, it had more charm. This vintage wooden pepper mill and salt shaker set is a small piece of mid-century table history. The turned dark wood bodies feature classic ring detailing, and the pepper mill's side-crank handle with silver-tone hardware is the kind of functional detail that just doesn't show up in modern sets anymore. The grinding mechanism is intact and the salt shaker retains its original rubber stopper — both ready to use or display. What you're getting: One pepper mill with working side-crank grinding mechanism, approximately 5 inches tall. One matching salt shaker with perforated silver-tone top and original rubber stopper, approximately 4.5 inches tall. Dark walnut-toned wood with natural age patina and ring-turned detailing throughout. No maker's mark. Age wear consistent with vintage use — honest patina, not damage. No cracks, no breaks, grinder functions. Styled beautifully on a farmhouse table, open kitchen shelf, or tucked into a cottagecore dining vignette. Also makes a genuinely lovely hostess or housewarming gift for the person who appreciates things with a past. Every piece has a past. Find yours. — Sarah / The Storied House Co.
