Vintage Emile Henry Green Salt Pig / Salt Cellar Made in France (02.01). Hard to find color that has been discontinued. Gently used. NOTE: Two small factory glaze pinholes on ceramic inside and edge wear on back edge (see pictures). Barely noticeable and may just be a glaze flaw as well. Approximately 4.9” tall and 4” wide. From Emile Henry website: Non-glazed interior prevents your sea salt from sticking together. The slightly arched hood helps keep your salt free of food debris while cooking. For Cleaning & Care of the product with unglazed area, simply use dishwashing liquid, water, and a sponge – rinse well and air dry. Comes from a smoke-free home.
