Vtg Half Apron Yellow/White Gingham, pocket, Hand Needlework cottage core A1 CL

Cute yellow and white gingham with brown needle work on the pocket and near the hem. It also features rushing on either side of the waist, an unusual feature in an apron as this technique is time consuming. The waist is also unusual as it features an almost floating inner band that allows the rushing to be free while still having a solid waist to tie off. It is tacked to the main apron in a couple of places - see images. The entire apron has been gathered for extra room.  No stains or holes that I noticed. One single fabric flaw as noted in an image. Nice used condition.  Including the ties, the waist measures approximately 74 From the top of the waist to the bottom measures approximately 18 From side to side, the hem measures approximately 28
