Vintage Bourjois Evening in Paris Rouge Compact - Rare with Original Puff ​ A stunning piece of 1940s-1950s cosmetic history! This vintage Evening in Paris (Soir de Paris) rouge compact by Bourjois is a must-have for any vanity collector. The compact features the iconic silver-tone wing logo on a polished gold-tone brass lid. The base has a beautiful textured guilloche pattern and retains its original Brilliant shade label. ​Condition & Contents: ​Case: Very good vintage condition with minor surface wear/patina consistent with age (see photos). The hinge and clasp are fully functional and click shut securely. ​Interior: Features the original glass mirror (intact with minor foxing), the original branded paper insert, and the original red powder puff. ​Product: Contains the original Brilliant shade rouge cake. ​Dimensions: Approximately 1.5 inches in diameter. ​Collector's Note: It is rare to find these small rouge compacts with the original interior paper and puff still present.
